Woodland Hills City Council Meeting Agenda September 8, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Council will hold a Work Session and City Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Woodland Hills City Center, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, unless otherwise announced. WORK SESSION 6:00 p.m. During the Work Session, the City Council may discuss agenda items and receive informational presentations. No formal action will be taken. 1. Review of Internal Controls and Fraud Risk Assessment with Independent Auditing Firm- Jon Haderlie, Larsen and Company. 2. Application for a Change in Zoning for Jena Sonntag, 125 E Mountain Vale, from R1-2 to R1-1 3. Proposed Resolution Changing the Council Liaison to the Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee 4. Discussion on Plans for the Pickleball Court and Fundraising Efforts 5. Grant Reports 6. Department Reports a. Community Development / Public Works / Fire Department: Ted Mickelsen b. Resolution 2026- 46 Changing the Council Liaison to the Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee CLOSED SESSION The Woodland Hills City Council may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property or water; security or safety; or to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual as provided by Utah Code Annotated §52-4-205.
