NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on September 15, 2026, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - The City Council will consider a request from Heather Richards of Bloom Studio for Sploot Veterinary Care to add 'Small Animal Veterinary Clinic' to the list of permitted uses for the CR Zone (northwest corner of Alpine Hwy and Timpanogos Hwy). The Clinic proposes to operate from the building located at 5406 W 11000 N, Highland. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
