Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 7 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center Street, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning the adoption of a proposed ordinance. The proposed ordinance is regarding regulating the connection to and use of surplus culinary water outside the City limits for agricultural, stock-watering and other non-domestic uses, including establishing usage limitations, rates and related requirements. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at the Richfield City Offices and may be obtained from the City Recorder.
