The purpose of the joint work session includes presentations and discussions regarding:
- Agenda review for the Redevelopment Agency meeting;
- Administrative Update - Pineview Pipeline Crossing, Refuse, Glass Recycling;
- 4th Quarter CIP Report;
- Council/Board Business; and
- Council/Board Comments.
Any items not fully addressed prior to the 6:00 p.m. Redevelopment Agency
meeting may be addressed immediately following that meeting.

4. Report from Administration:
a. Proposed Land Transfer and Development Agreement - Forest Service Building. Proposed Resolution 2026-4 approving and authorizing the Executive Director to execute a land transfer and development agreement with Imagine Jefferson 3, LLC, for the redevelopment of land located at approximately 507 25th Street, Ogden, Utah. (Receive public input; adopt/not adopt resolution - roll call vote)
5. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Board regarding concerns or ideas on any issue or topic. To ensure that the meeting is managed in an orderly and efficient manner, public comments will be limited to three minutes or less per person, as determined by the Council Chair. Participants are to state their names for the record. Comments which cannot be made within the established time limit may be submitted to the City Council Office by email at citycouncil@ogdencity.gov, online at www.ogdencity.com/publicinput, or by voice message at 801-629-8158.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
