- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 8th day of September, 2026, at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Vote to Approve Minutes a) August 11, 2026 3. Public hearing, consideration and possible action on the request for a rezoning of the property located at 657 West Factory Street (parcel no. 06-064-0053) from the AG (Agricultural) zoning district to the R-1 (Residential) zoning district. 4. Consideration and possible action on adoption of updated Planning Commission bylaws. 5. Request for future agenda items 6. Adjourn
