Description/Agenda: The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:05 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2026-16, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Numbers 08-192-0067, 08-192-0068, 08-192-0069, 08-192-0070, 08-192-0071 and 08-192-0072 from A-10 (Agricultural 10-Acre) and R-1-12 (Single Family Residential 12,000 Square Feet) to R-1-12 (Single Family Residential 12,000 Square Feet). The parcels are located at approximately 56 to 120 South on 1300 East and total approximately 1.85 acres. The request was submitted by Elk Ridge Subdivision, LLC.
