Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TOWN OF ROCKY RIDGE 2026 Water Utilization State law requires the Town of Rocky Ridge to provide an annual disclosure of the equivalent charges for water provided by the Town for municipal use. The Town will hold a public hearing to report the water utilization and equivalent cost for 2026. The value of water provided by the Town for municipal purposes will be reported as a non-cash expense/write-off for the Town. PUBLIC HEARING Wednesday, September 16, 2026 7:30 P.M. 195 E.
