Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission September 8, 2026 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Consideration and Decision of the new Planning Commission Chairperson 2. Approval of agenda 3. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 4. Approval of Minutes - July 14, 2026 & July 28, 2026 5. Public Comments: During this time, residents may address other topics not discussed on the current agenda. Please limit comments to 3 minutes or less. 6. Consideration and Decision: Board deliberation, motion, and vote a. Continuation of Mixed-Used Code: request that this item be tabled with no specific date, to complete expanded noticing and return to commission with a draft at a future meeting. 7. Public Meeting and Public Hearings - Presentations by Jeremy Lance, Planner II a. Valley Vistas PUD Overlay: Request for adoption of the Valley Vistas PUD Overlay. The properties are identified by parcel numbers 06-059-0107 & 06-059-0108 and are located, respectively, east and west of the terminus of North 7825 West, within Tremonton City. i.
