The meeting begins promptly at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2026 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Public Hearing: Ordinance amending General Plan for purposes of zoning amendment and amending the definition in the Manufacturing Zone and Commercial Zones. 4. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 5. Discussion/action on Site Plan for a proposed Extended Stay Hotel located at approximately 1563 W 12th St. 6. Discussion/action on Subdivision for two (2) lots at 1700 South 825 West by Cory Combe. 7. Discussion/action on amended condominium plat for Town House Estates at 1045 South 1200 West. 8. Commission and staff follow-up. 9. Adjourn.
