The Town of Daniel is giving notice that it will hold a public hearing seeking public comment at the Daniel Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026, at 7 PM to discuss proposed amendments to the P-160 preservation zone.
The hearing will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, UT, during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. This is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal.
Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested. All persons are welcome to attend and comment on the issues. If you cannot attend the meeting but would still like your comments to be included as part of the record of the hearing, please send your written comments by email to clerk@danielutah.gov or mail them to the above address.
