- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Office, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the following item: 1. Declaring a piece of city owned property that lies adjacent to/in between two properties owned by Irma Marcela Navarro Casasola as surplus property upon request to purchase said property for the purpose of combining their lots. (See Attachment A) August 31, 2026 DATE: Patricia Bigler, City Recorder SIGNATURE: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Eureka City Office at 435-433-6915 at least three working days prior to the meeting.
