ELECTION NOTICE GENERAL ELECTION TUESDAY NOVEMBER 3, 2026 According to the provisions of Utah Code 20A-5a-102, - Notice is given that a regular general election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 to elect candidates listed on the regular general election ballot. - For voters receiving a ballot by mail, ballots will be mailed beginning 21 calendar days before the election. The location of ballot drop boxes, the location and hours of polling places, including early voting polling places and hours, and qualifications of individuals who may vote in the election can be found at boxeldercoutyut.gov or vote.utah.gov, by calling (435) 734-3393, or at 1 South Main Street, Suite 10, Brigham City, UT 84302. On the day of the election, the polls will be open at 7:00 a.m. and continue open until 8:00 p.m. Attest: Box Elder County Clerk - Notice is given that there will be two Vote Centers available for those who may want to vote in person or who may need assistance on General Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Election Systems & Software ADA ExpressVote marking devices are available at the following locations: Box Elder County Fairgrounds, Fine Arts Building, 320 N. 1000 W., Tremonton, Utah USU Brigham City 989 South Main St., Brigham City, Utah - Notice is given that early voting will occur October 27-30, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Box Elder County Clerk's Office, 1 South Main Street, Suite #10, Brigham City, Utah. BE PREPARED TO SHOW PHOTO IDENTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS TO VOTE: U.S. Citizen, resident of the State of Utah for over 30 days preceding election, 18 years of age by November 3, 2026 and registered to vote within the voting district or precinct in which the individual applies to register to vote. - Notice is given of the election audit required by the Lieutenant Governor's Election Policy. The audit will be conducted during normal business hours in the Box Elder County Courthouse 1 South Main St., Suite #10, Brigham City, Utah beginning Tuesday November 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until completed. Anyone desiring to witness the audit is invited to attend. Certification of Ballot Counting Equipment - Box Elder County will conduct a pre-election test on October 13, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and a post-election test on November 12, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The logic and accuracy test will be conducted in Suite #10 of the Box Elder County Courthouse, 1 South Main St., Brigham City, Utah. The logic and accuracy test is open to the public in accordance with Utah Code 20A-4-104.
