PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards of Trustees (the 'Boards'), of Deseret Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-16 (the 'Districts'), will hold a meeting of the Boards on the 3rd day of September, 2026, commencing at 8:00 a.m., at 183 E. Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person.
C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the July 16, 2026 Board meeting.
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS

A. Review and consider approval of purchase of ROW and open space.
