Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code §10-20-204 and 205 notice is hereby given that Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to amending the Marriott-Slaterville Municipal Code relating to 14.02.060 Effect of the General Plan on Non-Public Uses. 13.01.060 Land Use Definitions, 13.10.010 Purpose And Intent of Commercial Zones, 13.11.010 Purpose And Intent of Light Manufacturing Zone. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-627-1919 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
