Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING in conjunction with its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 3rd day of September 2026 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Approval of Minutes from prior meetings PUBLIC HEARING Public comment regarding Amending the 2027 Fiscal Year Budget for equipment purchases. Public comment regarding an application for Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB) funding for Hanksville Town Culinary Water Project. New Business: Notice of award for Sewer Line Inspection to Twin D Tabled Business Flock camera usage in Hanksville Applications for employment received for full-time roads/public facilities position Public Comment Planning Commission Report Hanksville Tourism Advisory Board Report Report of Officers: Mayor Jeffren T. Pei - Administration, public safety and town buildings Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery and Gun Range Council Member Robert Gilner - Town roads Council Member Peter Devonshire - Water and Sewer Council Member Shyann Alvey - Parks Maintenance Utility Director - Eric Wells Treasurer - Jessica Alvey Clerk - Lisa Wells Optional Closed Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-205
