West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District September 2, 2026, Board Meeting Agenda - Motion to open the meeting - Read and approve minutes from July 1, 2026 New Agenda Items: - Approve Carlos Soto for single connection for watering animals - Vote to approve resolution 26-6 approving and accepting an annexation petition submitted by Scott Carlson for the Little Mountain Industrial Park. - Vote to accept Agreed Upon Procedures report - Vote to approve 2026 2nd quarter financial report - Vote to retroactively approve Kelly Penrod's development for a water availability letter. - Joey Pobanz is coming to discuss water needs for future development of 10 acres located approximately 6700 W 700 N. Estimated 4 residences. Approve water availability letter if necessary. - Shad Edwards is coming to discuss water needs for future development of 29 lots located 590 N. 6700 W. - Approve updated water availability letter for John Price Mountain Views 620 homes. - Discussion on Longhorn development, possible 350-400 homes, upsizing lines on 700 and 6700 may be necessary, vote to approve if needed. - John Newell is coming to discuss water needs for future development of 123 residences. located approximately 700 S 6150 W property owned by Howards. Approve water availability letter if necessary for rezoning. Previous Agenda Items: - Vote to adopt Resolution 26-4 A Revised Secondary Water Use Policy - Vote to adopt Resolution 26-5 Regarding Unused Water Connections Purchased In 2019 And The Administration Of Associated Impact Fee Revenues - Water tank update. Carson Jones requesting water availability letter for a proposed 38 home development located at approx. 5550 W. 2050 N. in Plain City. Secondary system supplied by Mountain View irrigation. Vote to approve. Finances: - Delinquent accounts: Wayment's rental on 700 N - Approval of Checks and Bills, billing adjustments, financial officer to review purchase card statements. - Motion to adjourn the meeting
