PUBLIC NOTICE 2026 GENERAL ELECTION CERTIFICATION I, Brenda Tuttle, Emery County Clerk/Auditor do hereby certify that: 1. Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 20A-5a-210 the following candidates shall appear on the 2026 General Election ballot; 2. Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 20A-5a-209(2)(b), candidates' names shall appear on the 2026 General Election ballot as written and in the order listed on the following list: Commissioner A: Jordan Leonard - Republican Commissioner B: Keven A.
