Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 (CAPER FY26)
Ogden City announces a 15-day public comment period for the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 (FY26). CAPER FY26 reports on the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Grant (HOME) grant funds as implemented by the Annual Action Plan (for HUD Program Year 2025) and is available for public review and comment. The purpose of this notice is to solicit citizen input on the CAPER prior to submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or about September 17th, 2026. The CAPER report includes information summarizing program resources, status of HUD-funded activities, community accomplishments, beneficiary data, and a self-evaluation of progress made during the first year of the Five-Year Consolidated Plan, July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030 (ConPlan).
The City had a total of $3,159,509 CDBG, and $1,443,589 HOME Grant for a total of $4,603,098 HUD Funds available for FY26.

The draft CAPER FY26 can be provided in alternative formats (i.e. Braille/large print, audio tape) for persons with disabilities and may also be translated into Spanish or other languages for limited-English-proficient speaking persons, upon request.
All residents, property owners, and other stakeholders of Ogden City are encouraged to submit written comments or questions regarding the draft CAPER FY26 to: Grants Administrator, Ogden City, 2549 Washington Blvd #120, Ogden UT 84401; or by email to fairhousing@ogdencity.com and must be submitted and received by midnight September 18, 2026. Upon receipt of public comments, Ogden City will summarize the comments received in its final CAPER before submission to HUD.
