NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at Huntington City Hall, located at 20 South Main Street, Huntington, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding a proposed amendment to the Huntington City Zoning Map to change the zoning designation of the following properties from R-1 Residential to C-1 Commercial: - 340 North 100 West - Parcel No. 01-0201-0043 - 370 North 100 West - Parcel No. 01-0201-0031 - 375 North 100 West - Parcel No. 01-0201-0023 - 380 North 200 West - Parcel No. 01-0201-0020 The Planning and Zoning Commission will receive public comment and consider the proposed zoning map amendment. Following the public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission may make a recommendation to the Huntington City Council regarding the proposed amendment. The Huntington City Council will be the final decision-making body. Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments. Written comments may also be submitted to the Huntington City Recorder prior to the public hearing. Huntington City will make reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Requests for assistance should be made by contacting the Huntington City Recorder at (435) 687-2436 at least three working days prior to the meeting.
