. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 4 Health and Sanitation, Chapter 7 Health Regulations Generally, ADDING 'Section 6 Smoking Prohibited in City parks, recreational Areas, and Cemeteries, and near Mass Gatherings'. b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending the sign ordinance in title 10 Land Use Regulations, Chapter 40 Signs, and Chapter 62 Definitions. 9.
