NOTICE Hyde Park City Public Hearing - Revocation of Approval The 'Aria' MXD project may not have met the required provisions of HPC 12.270 (Mixed-Use Zone Ordinance) and it is proposed by the Land Use Authority that the approval be revoked. Parcel 04-283-9001 and all parcels within the Aria subdivision. Location of the Project: Approximately 210 S. Wolf Pack Way, Hyde Park The Hyde Park City Council Public Hearing Information: Date: Wednesday, September 23, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM Location: 113 E. Center, Hyde Park UT A public hearing is a statutory requirement for some land use decisions. At a public hearing, members of the public are provided a reasonable opportunity to provide factual testimony on the subject of the hearing. Send written comment to: planning@hpcutah.gov
