Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, starting at 7:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315.
The purpose of the first public hearing is to consider the request for a conditional use permit for James Chadwich for an oversized structure located at 4586 S 6300 W. The request is for 3,000 square feet with height of 26.8 feet.
The purpose of the second public hearing is to consider the request for a conditional use permit for Miguel and Natalie Adame for a conditional use permit for a hobby kennel located at 6022 S 4400 W.
