NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Ballard Water & Sewer Improvement District (BWSID) will hold a public hearing to discuss a proposed water rate increase to be implemented. This rate will be implemented through the overage in your water usage. The hearing will be held on October 20, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Ballard City Building, 2381 E. 1000 S. Ballard, Utah. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should call (435) 722-3393, at least three (3) working days prior to this meeting.
