Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Arts Council will convene on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at Cottonwood Heights City Hall (2277 E. Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121) for its regularly scheduled meeting. 1. Welcome 2. Approval of June 3, 2026, Arts Council Meeting Minutes 3. Public Comments 4. Committee Business a) New Committee Members b) Review of Arts Council Discussion from September 1st City Council Meeting. 5. Past Events a) Butlerville days 6. Future Events a) Spooktacular October 26th from 5:00-7:00pm i) Does arts council participate? b) Eclipse 6 Christmas Concert i) Need to make a decision and finalize details ii) Ideas for alternate events? iii) Funding- GALAA one time event grant fund- will not be known until end of October c) Light the Heights November 30th 5-7:30 i) Arts council in charge of craft d) Arts Festival i) What is the status? ii) Still need a proposal to present to council 7. City Hall Art Displays a) September b) October c) November 8. Upcoming Arts Council Meetings - October 7, 2026 - November 4, 2026 - January 6, 2027 - February 3, 2027 - March 3, 2027 9. Adjourn Please note that public comments may be provided by attending the meetings in-person or by submission via email to the Arts Council Liaison, Lindsey Webb, at lwebb@ch.utah.gov before the start of the meeting .
