- Levan Town PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the members of the Planning Commission of the Town of Levan, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a Work Session on Wednesday, the 2nd of September 2026 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah at 6:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: The business and/or the order of business may change as time permits. Welcome: Discussion Items: (Agenda may change as time permits) 1. Setbacks and definitions for open three-sided carports and porches. 2. Below grade unoccupied storage. 3. Short term rental ordinance 4. Proposed ordinance updates Adjourn: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
