Syracuse City Arts Council Meeting Agenda September 2nd, 2026 Meeting begins at 8pm in the Syracuse City Municipal Building's large conference room located at 1979 West 1900 South. 1. Opening Business Call to Order Adoption of Agenda for September 2nd, 2026 Review and Adoption of August 5th, 2026 Minutes Approve Budget Expenditures since August 5th, 2026 2. Public Comment - This is an opportunity to address the council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. 3. 2026 SCAC Upcoming Season Events Orchestra: Upcoming Season - Tentative Concert Dates on: October 26th, 2026; December 7th 2026; February 22nd, 2027; May 10th, 2027; June 21st 2027 Jazz Band: TBD Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, November 2026 Fundraisers: TBD Theatre: TBD Other: 4. Vote on budget for 2027 5. Vote on board assignments 6. Orchestra Guest Artist Discussion and Vote 7. Costume/Set/Props Storage and Discussion on Selling Old Pieces 8. Walk in Items WORK SESSION 9.
