Bret Heiner - Discussion/ Decision - Morgan County Public Works Discussion and decision on moving the gate in Hardscrabble to the end of the County line (308 feet). 2. Hon. Matthew Wilson - Discussion/ Decision - Morgan County Commission Discussion and decision on Morgan County Resolution CR 26-41 appointing Kimberly Bell to the Morgan County Planning Commission representing the area of Stoddard and Milton. 3. Kate Becker - Discussion/Decision - Morgan County Administrative Manager Discussion and decision on a refund of unexpended funds received in FY 2025 from WPR-RFD. These funds were mainly payroll and the fire department was not fully staffing this location until quarter one of 2026. The 'overpayment' rolled into general fund balance at the end of the year. 4. Morgan County Board of Equalization - Discussion/Decision - 2026 BOE Appeals Discussion and decision on Morgan County Resolution CR 26-03-BOE approving board of equalization changes to date. 5. Josh Cook - Discussion/ Decision - County Planning and Zoning Flagship Homes Development Agreement: A request for approval of County Ordinance CO 26-17 Flagship Development Agreement for 37 acres in the Mountain Green Area. 6. Josh Cook - Discussion/PUBLIC HEARING/Decision - County Planning and Zoning Agriculture Protection Areas Code Text Amendment: A request for approval of County Ordinance CO 26-12 a code text amendment that provided framework for the creation, continuation, modification, and termination of Agriculture Protection Areas. 7. Josh Cook - Discussion/PUBLIC HEARING/Decision - County Planning and Zoning Anderson Rezone: A request for approval of County Ordinance CO 26-18 to rezone 2.90 acres at 2685 W Old Highway Road, From RR-1 and A-20 to R 1-20, located in the Enterprise area in unincorporated Morgan County. 8. Josh Cook - Discussion/PUBLIC HEARING/Decision - County Planning and Zoning Cottonwoods at Mountain Green Development Agreement Third Amendment: A request for approval of County Ordinance CO 26-02, a third amendment to the Development Agreement for the Cottonwoods at Mountain Green. This was noticed for Public Hearing for the February 17th, 2026 Commission meeting and at that meeting was continued to a-date-certain being May 19th, 2026. At the May 19th, 2026 meeting it was continued to a-date-certain being July 7th. At the July 7th, 2026 meeting it was continued to a-date-certain being August 4th, 2026. At the August 4th, 2026 meeting it was continued to a-date-certain being September 1st, 2026.
