- CH Champlain LLC has applied to rezone Parcel 02-025-0015 in River Heights from a Residential Zone to Senior Citizen Planned Unit Development (SCPUD) Zone. The parcel is located at approximately 700 East 600 South (north side of the street) and totals 5.75 acres. Their intention is to apply for a SCPUD development containing approximately 26 lots.
