- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INPUT IS REQUESTED BY THE TREMONTON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM SCHEDULED FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON: Tuesday, September 8, 2026 @ 5:30 PM Tremonton City Hall - 102 S. Tremont St. Council Chambers Discussion/Public Hearing/Decision - Valley Vistas PUD Overlay: Request for adoption of the Valley Vistas PUD Overlay. The properties are identified by parcel numbers 06-059-0107 & 06-059-0108 and are located, respectively, east and west of the terminus of North 7825 West, within Tremonton City. All interested citizens are invited to attend or to watch the meeting via the City YouTube Channel. Prior to the meeting date, written comments may be sent to: Tremonton City Planning Commission planningcommission@tremontoncity.gov Notice to the Central NPI District Residents This item is scheduled for discussion at the upcoming Neighborhood Partnership Initiative (NPI) East District meeting on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
