Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call 2. Conflict of Interest Disclosure - 3. Public Hearings - 4. Conflict of Interest Declarations 5. Approval of Minutes - Approve minutes of the August 5, 2026 meeting. 6. Administrative actions a. Keldon Anderson to request a conditional use to operate a mail fulfillment operation out of his home at 677 West 300 N. (a C-1 use in an R1-10 zone). b. Tyson Thompson to request a conditional use to operate his business, Dad's Garage, at a facility 342 N 500 East (a C-1 use in a commercial shopping zone). c. Cory Winkel to request approval of Cove View Acres Subdivision Phase II - tentative. 7. Discussion Items - a. Richfield's General Plan - Title 4: Community Design b. RM-11 Amendment proposal - reduce minimum lot width for single family homes from 45 to 40 feet. c. Flag Lot amendments. 8. Other Business 9. Adjournment.
