Description/Agenda: At the City Council meeting on September 15, 2026, beginning at 6:30 pm, the City Council of Woods Cross City will consider a resolution approving the exercise of eminent domain authority to acquire a Temporary Construction Easement on property owned by Estate of Marilyn Dowler Thalman. The Temporary Construction Easement is required by the City for the purpose of improving a public street and related improvements. If owners respond and grant access prior to this scheduled pulbic hearing, the public hearing will be cancelled.
