Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Sevier County Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment for an ordinance amending up to 135 current Class D Roads in the Sevier County Transportation System Network map. The public hearing will be held at 1:45 p.m. on September 28, 2026, at the Sevier County Administration Building located at 250 North Main Street, Richfield, Utah, in the Commission Chambers. A copy of the ordinance can be found at the Sevier County Administration Building, Room 116 at 250 North Main Street, Richfield, during normal business hours.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Sevier County will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing County programs. Please contact the Sevier County Clerks Office at 435-893-0401 in advance if you have special needs.
