Description/Agenda: NOTICE / REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Cedar City is requesting proposals for a qualified firm or individual to conduct a comprehensive fee study and an overhead allocation plan. Complete copies of the RFP, and any questions, can be accessed by emailing Finance Director Terri Marsh at the following email address - mterri@cedarcityut.gov. Proposals are due on the 30th day of September 2026, no later than 5pm. All proposals are required to be turned in electronically by emailing mterri@cedarcityut.gov .
