Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday September 1, 2026 in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, prior to the City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however, Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action. Members of the Council may participate electronically.

Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance (2026-026) to adopt Vicinity Plan Amendment, located within the area delineated by Murdock Canal Trail, 1590 West, 3620 North, and the western boundary of Pleasant Grove City. Including Parcels #14:004:0362 and 14:004:0365, on approximately 12.079 acres of land. Presenter: Director Cárdenas
C. Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance (2026-027) to adopt the updated Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) updating and including new standard operating procedures; adding new appendices; and other necessary changes. Presenter: PW Operator Baylor Hatch
