Heber City Corporation NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Commission NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 8th day of September 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of Heber City, 75 North Main Street the Planning Commission will hold and conduct four Public Hearings to consider: - A proposed Zone Map Amendment from R-3 Residential to C-2 Commercial on the property located at 90 West 300 N. - Proposed Amendments to the Central Heber Overlay Zone (CHOZ). Proposed amendments would simplify and clarify existing Central Heber Overlay Zone requirements by reformatting paragraphs, changing wording to improve clarity and striking unnecessary provisions from the overlay zone. - A proposed Zoning Map Amendment to include property located at 205 North 600 West, Heber City UT, 84032, Parcel #00-0020-0370 in the Central Heber Overlay Zone. - A proposed Zone Map Amendment expanding the Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) from the Wasatch Canal to Hwy 40, excluding properties not within current Heber City Boundaries. If the Public is unable to attend, the Public Hearing comments can be emailed to PCPublic@heberut.gov. All comments may be read aloud during the open-comment portion of the Public Hearing and will be included as part of the permanent public records for this meeting.
