Action Items: Transfer of obligation from Holyoak Oak recap UDOT of TSSD $390,000 to Spanish Valley Drive South of Beeman to County Line mill and fill/ shoulder widening. Motion: to withdraw $390,000 from Holyoak Lane Project, commit new money $750,000 to Spanish Valley Drive, Beeman road to the county line. Josh 2nd, All in favor. 3.
