Description/Agenda: Public Notice - Logic & Accuracy Testing General Election NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC DEMONSTRATION and TESTING of the ELECTION BALLOT COUNTING EQUIPMENT to be used by Emery County in the General Election November 3, 2026 for the purpose of certifying the counting machine's accuracy and logic in counting ballots, will be at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at the Emery County Courthouse, 75 E Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah.
