DAVIS COUNTY 2025-2026 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) 30 DAY COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Davis County is opening a thirty (30) day comment period and will also have a public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 in Room 303, Commission Chambers, Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, before the Davis County Commission to accept public comments on the PY25 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).
The CAPER is a reporting document to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on the progress made on the Program Year 2025 Annual Action Plan. The 2025 CAPER reports on Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) program projects that occurred in the 2025 program year.
From August 28, 2026 until September 27, 2026 a draft PY25 CAPER will be available for public review and comment at the Davis County Community & Economic Development Office, 61 S Main Street, Suite 304, Farmington, Utah and online at the Davis County website.

Por la presente se informa que el Condado de Davis está abriendo un período de comentarios de treinta (30) días y también realizará una audiencia pública el martes 22 de septiembre de 2026 en la Sala 303, Cámaras de la Comisión, Edificio de Administración, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, ante la Comisión del Condado de Davis para recibir comentarios del público sobre el Informe Anual Consolidado de Desempeño y Evaluación del PY25 (CAPER).
El CAPER es un documento de informes para el Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de los Estados Unidos (HUD) sobre el progreso realizado en el Plan de Acción Anual del Año del Programa 2025. El CAPER 2025 informa sobre los proyectos de Subvención en Bloque para el Desarrollo Comunitario (CDBG) Programa de Asociación de Inversión HOME (HOME) que se llevaron a cabo en el año del programa 2025.
