Scott Messel Community Development Director Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed zone change from the A-20 (Agricultural 20-acre minimum lot size) zone to the A-5 (Agricultural 5-acre minimum lot size) zone. The parcels under consideration are Parcel Nos. 7004-A-1-A-2-NC and 7006-A-6-NC, sized at exactly 10 acres each. Parcel 7004-A-1-A-2-NC is approximately located at 3400 E Juniper Rd., Enterprise and parcel 7006-A-6-NC is located at 3460 E. 900 N., Enterprise. The applicant is Silver Sage Family Trust. The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111 E. Tabernacle, St. George, UT 84770. Also, via electronic means through Zoom.
