5.1 APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND AUGUST 18, 2026, COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 DISCUSSION/MOTION: RATIFICATION OF CHANGE ORDER EXPENSE FOR THE ROHMER PARK PROJECT (PHASE 4)
In accordance with City Policy, any change orders over 10 percent must be brought before Council. The Change order changes the quantity of an item within the project and does not increase the financial amount within the approved budget.
7.2 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL TO ALLOW WASHINGTON TERRACE TO CREATE AND APPLY FOR 501-3C NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION
Approval of creation of a 5013c non-profit organization to receive certain corporate grants.
7.3 DISCUSSION/ACTION: APPROVE TO TERMINATE THE APPROVAL OF THREE FLOCK CAMERAS TO BE INSTALLED IN WASHINGTON TERRACE ON A TRIAL BASIS
Council approved the installation of three flock cameras to be installed on a trial basis within the city at the March 17, 2026, Council Meeting.

This is a discussion item only. No final action will be taken.
9. ADMINISTRATION REPORTS
This is an opportunity for staff to address the Council pertaining to administrative items.
