NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of American Fork City, Utah will meet on Wednesday, September 9th, at the American Fork City Public Works Complex, 275 East 200 North, American Fork, at 6:00 p.m. The items listed below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to participate and provide a comment. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING 1. Call to Order 2. Approve Minutes from the 02.12.2025 meeting 3. SCHEDULED ITEM a. Robyn and Joshua Fairbanks have submitted an application for a review and action on a request for an appeal for the property located at 156 South 300 East, American Fork, Utah 84003. b. Tony and Renee Rhoton have submitted an application for a review and action on a request for an appeal for the property located at 160 North 100 East, American Fork, Utah 84003. 4.
