NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Notice is hereby given that the City of Clearfield's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program has the 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) available to solicit comments and input regarding an overall evaluation of federally funded activities and accomplishments in the past program year 2025-2026.
Anyone interested in reviewing and/or commenting on the report may do so between September 1, 2026, to September 18, 2026, Customer Service, at 55 South State Street, 1st Floor, Clearfield Utah, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If there are any questions concerning the CDBG Program, please contact Allison Barnes, CDBG Coordinator at (801)525-2772 or by TTY at 711 or 888-346-3162 for Spanish Relay Utah. Written comments will be accepted in the Legal Department Office or by email at Allison.barnes@clearfieldcityut.gov. Deadline to submit comments is September 21, 2026.
Additionally, a public hearing for CDBG will be held on September 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at the Clearfield City Municipal Building, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for these meetings should call Allison Barnes at (801) 525-2772, giving at least three working days' notice.

Cualquier persona interesada en revisar o comentar el informe puede hacerlo del 1 al 18 de septiembre de 2026 en el Centro de Atención al Cliente, ubicado en 55 South State Street, 1.er piso, Clearfield, Utah, de lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m.
