2026 NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2026 I, Jonathan T. Whittaker, Iron County Clerk, hereby give notice of the General Election that will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. General Election Information Ballots will be mailed out to all eligible voters beginning October 13, 2026. Voters must be of legal voting age, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the voting precinct in which they are registered. If you have re-registered by the below deadlines, we will mail you a ballot to your new address. Voters can check their registration status and view specific sample ballots online at www.vote.utah.gov, call (435) 477-8340 or email clerk.group@ironcounty.net Important Dates and Deadlines: Oct 7: Logic and Accuracy test to be held at 68 S 100 E, Parowan UT at 2:00 p.m. Oct 13: Ballots mailed to all eligible registered voters Oct 23: Last day to register to vote by mail, in person, or electronic by 5:00 p.m. Oct 27-30: Early voting; see early voting locations, dates and times below Oct 27: Last day to request an absentee ballot Nov 3: Ballot MUST be received by election officer by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day Nov 3: Election Day; see Election Day locations, date, and time below Nov 3: Unofficial Election results will be posted after 8:00 p.m. Nov 10: Election Audit at 10:00 a.m. in clerks office Nov 17: Canvass of the Primary Election at 10:00 a.m. Early Voting Location, Dates and Times: - Iron County Courthouse, 68 S 100 E, Parowan, UT o Oct 27, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. o Oct 28, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. o Oct 29, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. o Oct 30, 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Election Day Voting Centers (Polls Open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.): - Iron County Courthouse, 68 S 100 E, Parowan, UT - Enoch City Offices, 900 E Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT - Festival Hall, 96 N Main, Cedar City, UT All drop box locations are open 24 hours and will close at 8:00 p.m. on Election Day at the following locations unless otherwise noted Oct 13 - Nov 3 , 2026: - Cedar City Parking Garage, 79 N 100 E, Cedar City - Parowan Courthouse, 68 S 100 E, Parowan - Enoch City, 900 E Midvalley Rd, Enoch - SUU, 351 W University Blvd, Cedar City - Kanarraville Town Hall, 40 S Main, Kanarraville - Brian Head Town, 56 N Hwy 143, Brian Head - Dixie Power - 71 E Highway 56, Beryl, UT - Paragonah Town Hall - 44 N 100 E, Paragonah, UT (During regular business hours) TRACK THE STATUS AND RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS OF YOUR BY MAIL BALLOT WITH ballottrax.utah.gov/voter/
