- Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2026-21 Amending 9-1-2 to Adopt the Wildland-Urban Interface Code as set forth under the Utah Code. 2. Ordinance 2026-20 Amending 1-4-7 and 9-7-7 regarding civil penalties. A copy of the approved ordinances is available in the Recorder's Office at the City Office, 147 N 870 West or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy. This notice can also be found on the City website www.cityofhurricane.com and the Utah Public Notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html
