- HEBER CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE AMENDING THE CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Heber City Administrative Building located at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah, in the Council Chambers. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input for or against an amendment to the City's Consolidated Fee Schedule for Business Licensing. The public is invited to attend in person or via the virtual meeting link found on the City's website: https://www.heberut.gov/256/Agendas-and-Minutes. Public comments can also be submitted in advance of the public hearing by email at ccpublic@heberut.gov. Trina Cooke Heber City Recorder
