- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE UINTAH SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT 1 Notice is hereby given that the Uintah Special Service District 1 Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 6:30 PM during its regularly scheduled Board Meeting. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed replacement of the irrigation system at Dinaland Golf Course and the District's consideration of an application to the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for financial assistance for the project. During the public hearing, the District will discuss the proposed project, estimated project costs, funding options, and the potential use of CIB grant and/or loan funding to complete the project. The Board will receive comments regarding the project, its financing, and the potential impacts of obtaining CIB financial assistance. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments.
