- In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinance on August 24, 2026: Ordinance 26-62, Approving a Monetary Contribution of Up to $20,000 for the Millcreek City Emergency Response Fund. The ordinance required a study in accordance with Utah Code Ann. ยง 10-8-2, setting forth an analysis and demonstrating the purpose for the appropriation, which was conducted on July 21, 2026.
