Description/Agenda

The North Logan City Planning Commission hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026 in the Council Chambers of the North Logan City Offices at 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, UT, beginning at 6:30 PM. During this meeting a public hearing will be held for the following agenda item. PUBLIC HEARING - ZTA-2026-02 - Land Use Table Amendments: Public Hearing and potential recommendation regarding proposed zoning text amendments to the City's Land Use Matrices. Adjustments being considered entail potentially problematic land uses such as: Residential Care Facilities, Data Centers, Adult Oriented Businesses, Shooting Ranges, Funeral Homes, Tattoo and Body Piercing Parlors; Vape, Smoke, and Tobacco Shops; and Banks and Financial Institutions. Copies of the proposed text amendments are available at the North Logan City Office or via email request. Interested citizens are invited to attend.
