- NOTICE AND AGENDA MONROE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION August 24th, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, August 25th, 2026, at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 P.M. 7:00 P.M. 1. Meeting called to order- Prayer- Roll call. 2. Approval of previous meeting minutes June 19th, 2026. 3. Citizens' comments. 4. Discussion of affordable housing development. Submitted by Karl Pieper. 5. Consider Red Hill Estates Subdivision exemption from Curb, Gutter, and sidewalk requirement. 12.14.6, 12.15.1, 12.15.2. Submitted by Prescott McCarthy. 6. Other Business. 7. Adjournment. Posted on this 24th day of June 2026.
