The Commission shall receive public input and consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 4 Health and Sanitation, Chapter 7 Health Regulations Generally, ADDING 'Section 6 Smoking Prohibited in City parks, recreational Areas, and Cemeteries, and near Mass Gatherings'. b. The Commission shall receive public input and consider for approval a code amendment, amending the sign ordinance in title 10 Land Use Regulations, Chapter 40 Signs, and Chapter 62 Definitions. 7.
